Live Zen Webcams

Take a virtual break to a peaceful destination by visiting one of these Live Cams:

Waimea Bay & Beach

This live cam overlooks Waimea Bay on the north shore of Oahu. Considered the birthplace of big wave surfing, Waimea Bay is home to legendary waves and stunning sunsets.

Redwood Forest River

Here in California's Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park, you're surrounded by some of the tallest trees on the planet. As this live cam pans along the Smith River, keep an eye out for river otters and bald eagles... and the occasional angler and kayaker, too.

Brooks Falls Brown Bears

Watch salmon leaping up the falls, while brown bears compete with each other for the best fishing spots. The largest and most successful bears can catch and eat more than 30 salmon (over 120 pounds) per day! Bears are most abundant at Brooks Falls in late June and July during the sockeye salmon migration, but also keep an eye out for bald eagles, lots of gulls, and maybe even the occasional wolf trying to partake in the salmon buffet.

Aurora Borealis

Welcome to nature's most amazing light show. Located at the Churchill Northern Studies Center in Churchill, Manitoba, this live cam is located directly underneath the aurora oval--one of the best places on earth to watch the aurora borealis, the spectacular atmospheric phenomenon better known as the Northern Lights. Late winter and early spring are the best times for the aurora, so be sure to stop in during the months of February and March!

Alligator and Spoonbill Cam

This live cam overlooks the swamp at St. Augustine's Alligator Farm Zoological Park in Florida, where native herons, egrets, roseate spoonbills, and wood storks seek the security of the swamp to roost and raise their young. With hundreds of alligators swimming beneath the oak branches, the resident birds know their young are safe from tree-climbing predators such as raccoons, opossums, and feral cats. Keep an eye out for alligators basking in the sun and tune in for feeding demonstrations at 12pm and 3pm ET.
