Your full email address and password are used to log on to CPTC computers. To log on to Blackboard or BannerWeb, you use only the first part of your email address (everything before @) and your password.
You have one password for all three accounts.
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it.
There are four ways to reset/change your password:
1. Use the Microsoft User Self Service Password Reset. This only works if you have set up your Office 365 email account self-authentification before you need a reset.
2. Use the online Student Password Request form. Your password may not be reset immediately. Expect at least a 24-hour wait.
3. Contact a Student Affairs Assistant during office hours.
4. Do it in person at a CPTC library during library hours. Current photo ID is required. No exceptions.
