  2. Click on Personal Information
  3. Click on View Email Addresses
  4. Your CPTC email address should be listed as the preferred email address.

Email Troubleshoot

Are you currently enrolled at CPTC?

  • If not, you may not have an email address. Check in Student Affairs.

Are you sure the email address you're using is correct?

  • Check in BannerWeb. Login and check in Personal Information to find your CPTC email address.

Your email address should include:

  • First initial
  • Last name (some have a number after the last name)
  • @student.coastalpines.edu

Is your password correct? Forgot your password?

  • You can request a Password Reset using the online form (which can take up to 24 hours), or by asking a librarian (which usually can be done as you wait). Be sure to login on a campus computer first. Your new password may not work the first time on your personal computer or device.
