This includes problems with SNAP, MyMathLab and Microsoft Office/Office 365.

What is SNAP?
SNAP is web-based training and assessment software.
If you're having problems loading SNAP, try this:
Switch to Google Chrome browser
Click on the three small vertical dots in the far top right corner of the browser window.
Scroll down to the very bottom and click on "Advanced."
In the "Privacy and security" box, click on "Content settings."
Click on the "Popups" link.
If your popups are blocked, slide the button to the right to enable them. The status should change to "Allowed."
