Your email address is used to logon to CPTC computers as well as for accessing your email account. Your computer logon and email accounts are synchronized, so you use the same password for both.
There are three ways to reset your password if you can't remember it or you are locked out of your account:
1. Reset it in person at any CPTC library. A photo ID is required, and you need to know your student ID number.
2. Use the online CPTC Password Reset Form. A CPTC IT technician will assist you as soon as possible.
If your password has expired or has been reset, you will need to create a new password. The new password must have at least 8 characters and have at least three of these four requirements:
