If you're looking for a print book on our library shelves, you will need to know the item's call number. Each book has a unique call number to help you locate it in the library.
Most academic library call numbers are created using the Library of Congress Classification System. The general classifications are:

B Philosophy, Psychology, Religion
C Auxiliary Sciences of History
D World History and History of Europe
E History of the Americas
F History of the Americas
G Geography, Anthropology, Recreation
H Social Sciences
